1. License Warranty Policy:

(1.1) Each license has a separate warranty period.
(1.2) Actions will be taken against any license found to be defective within the said warranty period and the warranty shall be valid if the license is defective.
(1.3) If there is a problem with the license within the warranty period, we will replace it.
(1.4) Warranty will not be valid in case of warranty period exceeded or in case of problem caused by buyer’s device.

2. Other Service Warranty Policy:

(2.1) Warranty period is specified separately for each services.
(2.2) If there is any problem with the service during the warranty period, it will be solved. Adverse circumstances may lead to time delays.
(2.3) Warranty will not be valid in case of warranty period exceeded or in case of problem caused by buyer’s device.

3. Product Delivery Process:

(3.1) As our services are digital, all our products are delivered via email.
(3.2) Must be requested to provide correct e-mail to order. In case of incorrect e-mail, please contact us immediately, provided it is within the warranty period.
(3.3) Usually the product delivery time is 1 to 24 hours, but in adverse circumstances it can be up to 7 working days.

4. Process of providing warranty support:

(4.1) During the warranty period, if the customer faces any problem, the support will be provided (remotely), i.e. it is mandatory to be on the customer’s device (WhatsApp) or (Anydesk).
(4.3) No complaint or comment will be entertained without the details mentioned in the product.
(4.4) IT SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL shall not be liable to provide any support beyond the warranty period.
(4.5) IT SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for providing support other than servicing the products sold.

5. Termination of Services:

(5.1) We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user’s service if any user violates the proper use of the service.
(5.2) In case of suspension of any service or service, the amount paid by the user will not be refunded.

6. Payment Policy:

(6.1) No separate charges will be applicable for bKash Online Payment.
(6.2) In case of using Payment gateway, their prescribed charges will be added.
(6.3) In case of using Manual Payment, no charge will be applicable in case of bank payment, in case of mobile banking, their prescribed charges will be added, which are bkash-1.85%, Nagad-1.50%, Rocket-1.60%, Upay-1. 00%.

7. Disclaimer:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.

১. লাইসেন্স ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালাঃ

(১.১) প্রতিটি লাইসেন্স এর জন্য আলাদা ভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি সময় নির্ধারণ করে দেওয়া আছে।
(১.২) কোন লাইসেন্স যদি উক্ত ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হয় সেক্ষেত্রে সেটির বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে এবং লাইসেন্স এর সমস্যা থাকলে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবে।
(১.৩) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে লাইসেন্স এর সমস্যা থাকলে সেটি আমরা পরিবর্তন করে দেবো।
(১.৪) ক্রেতার ডিভাইস জনিত কারনে যদি লাইসেন্স এক্টিভেশন এ সমস্যা হয় তবে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবেনা।

২. অন্যান্য সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালাঃ

(২.১) প্রতিটি সার্ভিস এর জন্য আলাদা ভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি সময় নির্ধারণ করে দেওয়া আছে।
(২.২) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে উক্ত সার্ভিস এর কোন সমস্যা হলে সেটির সমাধান করে দেওয়া হবে। প্রতিকূল পরিস্থিতি তে সময়ের বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
(২.৩) ওয়ারেন্টি সময় ব্যতিত অথবা ক্রেতার ডিভাইস জনিত সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবেনা।

৩. প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি:

(৩.১) যেহেতু আমাদের সার্ভিস গুলো ডিজিটাল, সেহেতু আমাদের সকল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করা হয় ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে।
(৩.২) অবশ্যই সঠিক ই-মেইল প্রদান করে অর্ডার করতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। যদি ভুল ই-মেইল দেওয়া হয় সেক্ষেত্রে দ্রুত আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে নিতে হবে, তবে সেটি অবশ্যই ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে হতে হবে।
(৩.৩) সাধারণত প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি সময় ১ থেকে ২৪ ঘণ্টা, তবে প্রতিকূল পরিস্থিতিতে এটি সর্বোচ্চ ৭ কর্মদিবস পর্যন্ত হতে পারে।

৪. ওয়ারেন্টি সাপোর্ট প্রদানের পদ্বতিঃ

(৪.১) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কালে ক্রেতা সমস্যা সম্মুখীন হলে সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হবে (রিমোট) ভাবে, অর্থাৎ ক্রেতার ডিভাইসে (Whatsapp) অথবা (Anydesk) থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।
(৪.২) প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত দেখে অর্ডার করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
(৪.৩) প্রোডাক্টে উল্লিখিত বিস্তারিত ব্যতীত কোন অভিযোগ অথবা মন্তব্য গ্রহণযোগ্যতা পাবেনা।
(৪.৪) ওয়ারেন্টি সময় অতিক্রম করার পর কোনোরকম সাপোর্ট প্রদান করার দায়বদ্ধতা IT SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL রাখেনা।
(৪.৫) বিক্রয়কৃত প্রোডাক্টের সার্ভিস ব্যাতিত অন্যান্য ক্ষেত্রে সাপোর্ট প্রদান করতে IT SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL দায়বদ্ধ নয়।

৫. পরিষেবা বা সার্ভিস স্থগিত প্রসঙ্গেঃ

(৫.১) কোন ব্যাবহারকারী যদি পরিষেবা বা সার্ভিসের সঠিক ব্যবহার লঙ্ঘন করে তবে যেকোন ব্যবহারকারীর পরিষেবা বন্ধ বা স্থগিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
(৫.২) কোন পরিষেবা বা সার্ভিসে স্থগিত করা হলে, ব্যবহারকারীর প্রদানক্রত অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবেনা।

৬. পেমেন্ট পলিসিঃ

(৬.১) bKash Online পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন আলাদা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।
(৬.২) পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের ক্ষেত্রে তাদের নির্ধারিত চার্জ যুক্ত হবে
(৬.৩) Manual Payment এর ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং এর ক্ষেত্রে তাদের নির্ধারিত চার্জ যুক্ত হবে, যা হচ্ছে বিকাশ- ১.৮৫% , নগদ – ১.৫০% , রকেট- ১.৬০% , উপায় – ১.০০%

৭. দাবিত্যাগ (Disclaimer):

প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সর্বাধিক পরিমাণে, আমরা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট এবং এই ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহার সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত উপস্থাপনা, ওয়ারেন্টি এবং শর্তাবলী বাদ দিই। এই দাবিত্যাগের কিছুই হবে না:
